📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in daily food costing and menu planning.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in preparing special dishes for events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
