Central Prime Berjaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for employees.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.,Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
