📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and sales events.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to the Outlet Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Proven track record of managing retail operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
