📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns and improve service.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
