PT Cendana Anggrek is looking for a dedicated Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cashiering process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and sales.,Ensure the cashiering area is clean and organized at all times.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
