As a CNC Programmer & Operator, you’ll spend your days programming advanced CNC machines using industry-standard software like Mastercam or Fusion 360. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring optimal machine performance and precision in every production run. Whether you’re fine-tuning tool paths, optimizing machining parameters, or troubleshooting issues on the shop floor, your work will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or Fusion 360, ensuring high precision and efficiency in production.
• Operate and maintain CNC machines, performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate blueprints and technical drawings into functional CNC programs.
• Monitor production output, quality control, and adherence to manufacturing standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the shop floor, ensuring smooth operation of CNC machinery.
• Conduct training and mentoring for junior operators and new team members.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer or Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming software such as Mastercam or Fusion 360.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and other team members.
• Valid CNC Operator certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
