📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the head nurse in managing the healthcare facility's day-to-day operations.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing basic procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Assist in the training and supervision of nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare facility.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude.
