📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of delivery routes.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
