📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
