📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Design and develop mechanical systems and components

Conduct research and development to improve existing products

Ensure that all mechanical systems meet safety and quality standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems

Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation

Participate in product testing and validation processes

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Mentor and train junior engineers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering

Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and tools

Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA

Knowledge of mechanical testing and validation processes

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
