📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and assets.,Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.,Monitor and respond to security incidents, including intrusions, theft, and other security breaches.,Train and supervise security personnel to ensure they are well-equipped to handle security challenges.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and safety.,Maintain and update security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security leadership role.,Certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Security Professional (CSP), or similar are a plus.,Strong knowledge of security systems, technologies, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proven track record of successful security management and incident response.
