📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage tax consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.,Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, helping them to navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions.,Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives and risk appetites.,Conduct thorough tax planning and compliance audits, identifying opportunities for tax savings and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of tax projects.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to client engagements.,Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
