🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the fashion or manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
