📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with their needs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Handle and manage guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Provide information about the company, its services, and facilities.,Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required. English language skills are a plus.
