📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the team.,Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Mentor and develop the team members to ensure their growth and success.,Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.,Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Must be reliable, responsible, and have a positive attitude.,Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
