The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and digital training tools.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
