As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential domestic workers, as well as maintaining and growing our client base. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Jaya Maids continues to be the preferred choice for domestic worker recruitment in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and recruit potential domestic workers through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and domestic workers.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure that domestic workers meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements for both clients and domestic workers.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to domestic workers after they have been placed with clients.
  • Monitor and track the performance of domestic workers and provide feedback to clients.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in domestic worker recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the domestic worker industry in Bali and Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
