PT Indah Sakti is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Sumedang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests arriving at the front desk, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Handle all front desk inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel, its services, and amenities.,Manage and coordinate room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.,Process payments and manage the front desk cash register, maintaining accurate financial records.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception and waiting areas.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest.,Assist with special events and group bookings, ensuring all arrangements are met and executed smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and front desk software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
