📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of company equipment and systems.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and systems to identify potential issues.,Work closely with field teams to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Provide technical support and guidance to field teams as needed.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed in the field.,Monitor and report on equipment performance and maintenance costs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that equipment and systems meet company standards and requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Experience with equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.,Experience working in a team environment and with field teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: familiarity with engineering software and toolsknowledge of electrical and mechanical systemsability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Soft skills: strong communication and interpersonal skillsability to work well under pressurestrong attention to detailability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
