In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing all vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Maintain and update vendor master files, including contact information and payment terms.,Prepare and submit payments to vendors in a timely manner, ensuring accurate bank transfers.,Monitor accounts payable aging, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or delays.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for the Accounts Payable department.,Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
