Luxury Careers is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Bali. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our premium footwear and lifestyle brand stores. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.,Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock rotation and minimizing losses.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company KPIs.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they meet company standards and contribute to store success.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales in a high-volume retail environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international customers.,Understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and sales forecasting.,Knowledge of Bali's retail market and customer preferences is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in various locations across Bali as needed.
