Zone Prime Indonesia is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.,Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure that the documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides.,Participate in product development discussions to ensure that technical documentation is considered from the outset.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
