As the General Manager at our luxury hotel in Kebayoran Lama, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations. You will work closely with a team of talented professionals to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service and comfort. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage a team of department heads, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Sales and Marketing.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local authorities, and community leaders.
• Participate in the hotel's continuous improvement initiatives, including quality assurance programs.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
• Understanding of advanced hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems.
• Possession of a relevant certification, such as the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) certification or a hospitality management degree.
