📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our in-house POS system.
• Presenting meals in an attractive and appetizing manner, adhering to our high standards of presentation.
• Assisting with table setups and cleanups, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
• Handling cash and card transactions securely and efficiently.
• Promoting our menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining or beachfront restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to engage with guests effectively.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service standards, including proper table service etiquette.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
• Friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus, but fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
