MEPFS Supervisor

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of MEPFS systems in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of MEPFS work.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEPFS systems.
• Ensure all work is documented and reported accurately.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MEPFS systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, or Sanitary Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPFS supervision in construction projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools.
• Certification in MEPFS systems (e.g., NCSEA, BICSI, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
