📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with client strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence to track project progress and manage resources.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and report on project performance to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry to drive innovation in project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong background in the Financial Services Industry.
• Certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
