📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals in Jakarta Timur.
• Promote and educate healthcare providers on Meiji's range of ophthalmology products, including our latest innovations.
• Manage your assigned territory, ensuring comprehensive coverage and maximizing product adoption.
• Conduct market research and gather insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Attend and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and other industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market activities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field, with a focus on ophthalmology products.
• Strong understanding of the ophthalmology market and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to healthcare professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
