As our HR Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our HR department. You'll assist with recruitment processes, manage employee records, and support our HR team in delivering top-notch services to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Support the HR team in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disputes.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Proficient in using HRIS software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
